Welcome to the 3rd Russian-Sino Workshop on Quantum Science and Technology, taking place in Moscow on June 11−14, 2026. The inaugural workshop was held here in Moscow in 2024, followed by the second edition in China, and we are now proud to bring the series back to its origin. The event is once again organized by the Russian Quantum Center (RQC) and Rosatom, continuing the tradition of collaboration that began in 2024. Building on the success of previous meetings, this third edition continues to strengthen the collaborative spirit between Russia and China, driving forward joint breakthroughs in the rapidly evolving field of quantum technology.
